Not for the arachnophobic! Join us for a private insect safari at the Audubon Canyon Ranch's Martin Griffin Preserve near Stinson Beach.

Birds, bats, and spiders all call the 1,000 acres of Martin Griffin Preserve in West Marin home. We'll be exploring with their in-house arachnid experts for a special look at some of the park's smaller, many-legged inhabitants.

October is when the charismatic orb weavers are getting big in preparation to make their egg sacs and die. Learn to spot a variety of different spiders on an educational hike focused on local spiders and their unique webs.

Pack a lunch, a magnifying glass, and a interest in creepy crawlers.
