Sweet Summer Herbs

Discover the secret origins of favorite summer herbs like mint & marshmallow while you learn to make your own candy!

Join the experts at Bazaar Spices and the Atlas Obscura Society DC as we explore the origins of many sweet summertime treats.

This special discussion and demonstration will take you on a journey from kitchens old to new as we learn about how herbs such as mint, licorice, and marshmallow became the basis for many of our modern candy creations.

Participants will learn to make their own marshmallow candy and sample other herb-inspired sweet summer treats!
