Hilliard's Beer

Opened in 2011 Hilliard’s is a brewery, tasting room and bar in the hip and historic Scandinavian working class neighborhood of Ballard. 

The brewery itself allows for people to get a close up view of the brewing operations. Like many of the newer brewery operations Hilliard’s uses cans not bottles for reasons of both keeping freshness in and keeping costs down. Hilliard’s also prides itself on not following beer trends, but dedicating its focus on simplicity and quality.
