Nicole Meldahl is a Bay Area archivist, historian and writer whose foci are music and history with tangents into photography, philosophy and poetry. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in 20th-century American History from San Francisco State University, and has been working as an Archives Technician at the Golden Gate National Recreation Area in San Francisco for the last seven years. In addition, she has worked as a freelance music journalist since 2010, and has been a volunteer at The Western Neighborhoods Project since 2012. She is currently for hire as a freelance archivist, researcher and music journalist, available for band biographies as well as album and concert reviews.
