In search of some handy tips on avoiding self-immolation? “Learn Not to Burn” with Dick Van Dyke tells you what to do when your clothes catch on fire in the above video.

The spot—you can’t quite call it a PSA—was filmed for the National Fire Association back in 1987. When you combine Dick Van Dyke with cheesy ’80s commercials, you are assured of an entertaining end product. Despite the seriousness of the subject matter, there’s just something funny about him rolling around and telling you to “roll, roll, roll your body” in his Dick Van Dyke Voice.

Below is another 1987 PSA, in which you can watch some very high-tech animation and Van Dyke almost fumble over a prop chair at the end.
