Join the Southern Food & Beverage Museum and The Museum of the American Cocktail to celebrate the update of La Galerie d’Absinthe.
Created from the private collection of Raymond Bordelon, La Galerie d’Absinthe explores the world of absinthe with an extensive collection of absinthe fountains, spoons, and cocktail recipes. This Obscura Day, Bordelon will be in the gallery pouring dripped absinthe using items from his personal collection from 12–3pm. Try a sample and explore the gallery to learn about the fascinating history of this mysterious green liquor.
$10.50 (to be paid at the museum) includes regular admission & Obscura Day absinthe tasting.
