Indulge your curiosity at TRIUMF, Canada's national laboratory for particle and nuclear physics and accelerator-based science. A TRIUMF host will guide us on a special visit of this world-class hub of inquiry and ingenuity where you can:

  • Learn how to use the world's largest cyclotron, a type of particle accelerator, and TRIUMF'S collection of physics beasts like TITAN, GRIFFIN, and DRAGON to probe the heart of matter
  • Sit under Sir Isaac Newton's apple trees
  • See the supercomputing centre that houses 1/10th of CERN's ATLAS collision data
  • Discover how stellar explosions are re-created in the lab
