The Biological Museum of Vietnam National University (VNU), Hanoi is one of the few university museums in Vietnam. Established in 1926, the Museum now contains one of the largest and most diverse biological collections in the country, with more than 100,000 specimens of plants, invertebrate and vertebrate animals. Almost all of these specimens were collected from different regions of Vietnam.
For Obscura Day 2016, we’ve arranged a tour of the museum’s extensive vertebrate collections: fishes, amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals, all available to be seen only by appointment. Join us to explore the museum's collections as we delve into the history and beauty of Vietnam's biodiversity.
Saturday, April 16; 9:00am - 11:00am
Ticket Cost: $7.00 (~150,000 VND )
