Obscura Society LA: An Evening at the Museum of Jurassic Technology

Enjoy a night of mice on toast, soviet space dogs, and museum director David Wilson

Known as a "modern day curiosity cabinet," the Museum of Jurassic Technology in Culver City remains a mystery to even those who've been inside.

Filled with peculiar artifacts, eccentric exhibits, and odd stories, the MJT, for short, is a Los Angeles institution that invokes a sense of wonder and curiosity rarely experienced at your typical museum.

Join Obscura Society LA as we spend an evening touring the Museum of Jurassic Technology.  Afterwards, we will be granted an audience with museum director David Wilson, where we'll be able to ask questions (and you'll have plenty after experiencing MJT) and discuss his vision for the museum.

Notes for this adventure:

-You'll have one hour for a self-guided tour of the museum, from 6pm-7pm.

-At 7pm, there will be tea and cookies upstairs, where we will be joined by David Wilson.

-Part of the proceeds will be donated to the museum.
