Join Field Agent Robert Hemedes for a behind the scenes tour of Chocolats du Calibressan located in Carpinteria.

French chocolatier and proprietor, Jean-Michel Carre, will lead a tour of his kitchen that will reveal how he and his team hand make delights such as bon bons, truffles, and single origin pieces.

Discover other curious wonders of the Santa Barbara region! Pre and post Chocolate Making Tour, join Field Agent Robert Hemedes for an informal caravan through the Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, and Ventura. Possible stops on the itinerary *could* include Casa Dolores, Karpeles Manuscript Library, Susan Quinlan Doll & Teddy Bear Museum & Library, breakfast at the Belmond Encanto, and Serra Cross Park.
