For thousands of years, chicha and pulque were the two bright lights illuminating the way for brewers in the Americas. Brewed from corn and agave, two gluten-free ingredients, these beers are rich in flavor and history. Little known in the U.S., Dos Luces looks to these traditions for inspiration and aims to explore the vast possibilities these truly American ingredients hold.
Come preview some of the unique brews coming from Dos Luces, a new brewery opening at 1236 South Broadway in early 2018. Learn about the history of these drinks and how they're made. Our guest will be Judd Beistock - founder, owner, brewmaster, and sole employee of Dos Luces.
- Guests with tickets will receive 25% off drinks at Intrepid Sojourner Beer Project. Please bring a valid ID and your ticket. Seating is not guaranteed and is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
