We'll begin with a brief introduction to the wonderful world of bugs. We'll discuss why we eat bugs, covering sustainability, nutrition, how to cook bugs, what a cricket farm is, and more. We'll then proceed with a guided follow-along cooking demonstration of 1 to 3 easy bug dishes.
