What We’ll Do

Using widely available pantry staples Dave Arnold and Don Lee will show the underlying structure to all “sour” type cocktails such as the Daiquiri, Margarita, Gimlet, Sidecar, etc. Then they’ll take it one step further to explain how you can “adjust” the sugar and acid levels to make your own cocktail ingredients at home. They'll show you how to make your own syrups and acids and the best way to include them in mixing your own cocktails.

Don Lee and Dave Arnold are Co-Owners and “Bar Backs” at Existing Conditions, a new bar in Greenwich Village co-created with fellow Cocktail Kingdom’s Greg Boehm. Existing Conditions marries science, classic cocktails and hospitality to serve precisely-crafted, approachable and delicious drinks in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
