Max Buchhauser was a gardener and hobbysculpturer and owner of market garden. Most of his garden and the green houses had to be removed for the construction of the Oberpfalz bridge. On the remaining field, he constructed a variety of obscure sculptures up to 3 m hight. The totem like statues cite a chaotic variety of styles and influences such as Indian, Egypt, Greek, Roman and Hinduism goddesses, symbols and columns. Nowadays the garden is a lost place with the statues weathering.
