In a still part of Sopron, more than 3200 fallen soldiers, civilians and prisoners of war rest. There lay people from the WWI field hospital that was close by and ones who died during WWII bombings. The place is quiet, eery, yet fascinating and beautiful.
The most interesting grave has to be László Molnár fighter pilot’s which incorporates the propeller of his wrecked plane.
You can find monuments of the World Wars, and of the country’s soviet past.
