The Gas Station

The Gas Station is a must see for any horror aficionado.  Not only can you stop in for some great authentic Texas BBQ (Maybe cut up by Leatherface himself), but you can also book a cabin on the property. The restaurant also features a store full of horror memorabilia and run regular events and movie nights. Utilized in the original 1974 film Texas Chainsaw Massacre, this gas station stood in ruin for years until it was revitalized as a Horror themed “Bed & BBQ” style attraction. Complete with a replica of the van from the film, you can visit this famous filming location which also includes the climax of the film.
