Step back in time inside one of the largest video stores on the east coast.
As a non-profit, VisArt Video is a movie museum of sorts and is an educational resource for the community regarding all things related to the filmmaking process. With more than 35,000 movies for rent, there are more than enough titles to choose from. The knowledgeable staff is always willing to answer questions and help visitors find those rare, obscure titles.
VisArt Video also sells t-shirts, sweatshirts, pins, patches, stickers, and movie memorabilia. They’ve recently started a program called Community Conversations, where people can gather virtually and discuss specific movies. One of Visart Video’s most unique features is the Micro Cinema that can seat up to 28. It’s available for private screenings, parties and you can even enjoy it with dinner. If you are a movie lover or want to show the kids the classic cinema this is a must-visit.
