I am an art director, photographer and traveler with a focus on food, cuisine, and the culinary industry. I work to document and visualize culture and foodways around the globe, culinary histories, and contemporary food issues. I am the associate art director at Saveur Magazine, a national food and travel magazine, and I am also pursing a masters in Food Studies at NYU.
I write for Saveur.com and Mold Food + Design. My work has also been featured in Oxford Univeristy Press publications and was exhibited at the 2015 International Food Design Conference.
