In the rat-race of the fast-food society we live in, whose corrupt and meaningless details cause us to passionately pursue and discover more mystical and satisfactory escapes, it becomes our duty as individuals to bear witness to local history, unusual places and bizarre events. I feel it is my duty as a human being to record such things; especially in a world whose daily banality conspires to confound us and grind us down.
I believe that the unusual has become the Holy Grail of the third millennium.
