League of Legends in North America is now in the final stages of development, with the first phase of closed beta testing due to begin next week and run until early September. In preparation for the release, Riot has begun an “all hands on deck” campaign to help them make adjustments to Summoner’s Rift, runes, masteries, items, and skins.
In an effort to help players as much as possible in this process, we’re running an exclusive interview with Riot Games’ very own senior game designer and champion Pang “Surrender” Wei Lin. Surrender discusses the development of the game, champion updates, and the differences between Riot’s North American and European clients.
