Explore the Giant Hillside Horses of Great Britain

Carved into hills all over England are massive white horses that date back as far as 3,000 years ago. Some celebrate their location, such as the spot where St. George supposedly slew a dragon. One horse honors King George III, while another is accompanied by a time capsule installed by the local community. To keep these horses' coats shiny and white, volunteers regularly clean up trash and debris from the sites.
