A Journey to Coney Island Creek's Sunken Submarine

Deep in Brooklyn’s Coney Island Creek lies a mysterious homemade yellow submarine, which looks like it's been abandoned to time. The submarine, named Quester I, was built out of salvaged metal by a shipyard worker named Jerry Bianco, who wanted to use it to dive for the wreckage of the SS Andrea Doria. Unfortunately, when he launched the submarine, it rolled over on its side. Ever since it's remained marooned in the creek, a monument to Bianco's bigger-than-life dreams.
