Don’t waste half the day queuing to climb the Eiffel Tower and jostle for space to take photos of Paris among hundreds of other tourists!

Instead, head to the Montparnasse Tower, where there’ll be comfort, refreshments and relative quiet. The best part is that now those beautiful pictures of Paris will include the iconic Eiffel Tower!

With both an indoor 360 degree observation deck and an outdoor observation terrace, the weather won’t hinder enjoyment of the beauty and splendour of Paris. And with the Tower open from 9.30 am to 11.30pm (in summer; 10.30pm in winter), views of sunny hustle and bustle or romantic moonlit peace just depend on when the visit is timed.

There numerous orientation maps, kiosks and interactive touch screens so that visitors can find all the most iconic landmarks. A cafe and souvenir shop for refreshments and mementos - and even a champagne bar on the terrace!

Virtually the same experience as the Eiffel Tower, but much quieter and much more comfortable.

Know Before You Go

Note that the lifts only go up to the observation deck on the 56th floor. To get to the outside terrace on the 59th floor, visitors must climb three stories of stairs.
