Over 100 colorful and decorative birdboxes, some with whimsical themes, are located alongside a short stretch of highway seven miles north of Moscow, Maine.
The amazing collection of birdhouses are made from any and everything. Some are more traditional and crafted from wood, others are fashioned from license plates, hard hats, and coffee canisters. They’re not only unique because of the materials used, but their stylings. One resembles a log cabin, another is crafted like a ship complete with a sail. Even a hotel birdhouse exists along this stretch of highway.Â
