The world is full of fascinating places, but we need your help to discover them.

Atlas Obscura is looking for correspondents to contribute stories from on-the-ground exploring and reporting from their home turf. If you have a compelling story related to travel, history, or the obscure in our world — or areas of our coverage that you think are being neglected — we want to hear from you. Our ideal Atlas Obscura correspondents have a keen interest in uncovering the stories that are buried, a rich knowledge of the unexpected corners of their local areas, and above all a sense of wonder.

We’re particularly interested in stories from the following locations: Paris, London, Los Angeles, Maine, Costa Rica, Toronto, Greece, Rio de Janeiro, Tokyo, Las Vegas, Dominican Republic, Belize, Shanghai, Beijing, Barcelona, San Diego, Bangkok, Rome, Venice, Chicago, Marrakech, Washington, DC, Hong Kong, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Orlando, Seattle, and Mexico.

However, our interests are not limited to those locations, so please get in touch if you have a story about the world’s wonders to tell.

Interested? Drop us a line!
