Explore Edible Blooms at a Flower Farm
In this farm tour, you’ll explore our growing two-acre flower farm. We’ll explain the ins-and-outs of edible flower harvesting and offer the opportunity to taste seasonally available edible flowers paired with a beverage and small snack. Your taste buds will be enlightened! You’ll taste flowers like bachelor buttons, viola, pea flower, dianthus, calendula, fava, cilantro, and more.
You’ll learn about the slow flowers movement, history of the area, our no-till growing practices, and our flower farming story.

Hi. I'm Dannielle, a member of the Atlas Obscura community.
With my partner, Valiant Poole, I own and run Field to Heart, our flower farm in Lewis County, Washington. We’ve been farming flowers for the past seven years and just moved to our forever farm last year. With backgrounds in art and horticulture we have applied our experience and passion to sustainably growing and providing unique, chemical-free, bee friendly flowers. We are plant nerds through and through and love the opportunity to talk about them and share.
