A fascinating museum of local artifacts is housed in a remaining Victorian villa in Bournemouth. Items include fossils, stuffed animals and preserved in formaldehyde. Many of these objects are unique. It is also home to an Egyptian mummy and sarcophagus of Tahemaa from Thebes.
There is a botanical garden in the back.
