While wandering the streets of Sofia you’re sure to spot Bulgarian rose products everywhere. To learn more about how these roses are made into rose oil, than look no further than the Old Enio Bonchev Distillery & Family Museum.
Since 1909, this distillery has been turning the vibrant petals of roses into various oils. The distillery also happens to be the oldest in the country. Upon entering the facility visitors are greeted by a garden filled with pink roses and a vibrant, sweet smell that hovers over the distillery.
