This set of stairs seems perfectly normal and innocuous, however, they are the site of a college tradition dating back more than 50 years. 

The Wishing Steps on the campus of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennslyvania are believed to have some magical properties. The steps have been a romantic hotspot for decades. The steps lead from the street to Walz hall. Most interesting the steps lead to no path and no entrances, they simply go up the hill. As tradition goes, if a couple can make it from the bottom of the stairs to the top, silently taking the same number of steps, then a wish will be granted.
