The clip shows a Japanese chef tackling the humble cucumber with the finesse of a fine artist. Granted, his knife is probably pretty expensive, and he probably does this every day, but neither of these factors are enough to diminish the wondrousness of his chopping abilities.
He slices, carves, skins and dices the cucumber in multiple different ways, so that the end product is just as much a masterpiece as it is a snack.
