Have travelled as often as I can throughout my life whenever the opportunity arose
After I qualified as a RN I set off in the 70's to see the world Traveled extensively through USA Then worked in London and traveled around Europe in a combi van with friends That trip was inspired by James Michener's wonderful book "The Drifters" and also a little known book called "With Love Siri and Ebba"2 girls in the 60's back packing through Africa .Although I haven't seen much of Africa yet.I travelled home to Australia through SEA including Burma Ko Samui then was an idyllic unexplored island Reached only from the Thai mainland sitting on the deck of a fishing boat out of Surat Thani No plastic waste then!!!! Since then many interesting trips over the years.
