Retired, well-traveled Forestry, Wood & Wood Composites Structural, and Polymer Chemical Engineer. Tried to balance married / family life and a traveling consulting enterprise after the kids were off to university --- couldn't find the mid-point / centre of gravity. Too much formaldehyde, an industrial accident with aqueous ammonia and vapour cloud, combined with naive cigarette smoking in the learning years has taken a toll. Now communicating as much and as often with former friends, relatives, business associates and acquaintances, whom I admired and held in high esteem, here in Niagara and abroad --- my teachers and role models.
