I am an Italo-Indian-Mexican-American explorer. My focus varies but often falls within the intersection of ancient practices and traditions, wildlife and food in contested areas or conflict zones. When I am not working on personal projects I am making films or writing articles about subjects that fascinate me. I have also been a Director and TV Host for National Geographic, Discovery Channel and Smithsonian.
